Music Scene Memories at Torquay Town Hall - Presented by Lionel Digby and John Tomkins

Following two sold out Premier Screenings at the Lyceum Theatre Torquay - Torquay Museum is excited to Present \"Music Scene Memories at Torquay Town Hall\" with Lionel Digby and friends on the Big Screen in Museum's Pengelly lecture theatre.

Lionel Digby Music Promoter and Film Director John Tomkins present an afternoon Celebrating the legacy of the Music Scene Memories at Torquay Town Hall from the 1950's to the early 1980's . With the film featuring many of the musicians and people who were part of the scene and their memories of supporting many of the big name chart acts of the time.

Lionel and John will be there to present the film and there will be a presentation officially giving the film to the museum's Digital Archive. Following the film there will be a Q and A with Lionel and John.

The whole afternoon will be presented by local historian Dr Kevin Dixon.

John Tomkins, Lionel Digby, and Dr Kevin Dixon are kindly volunteering their time for free, in order to raise much-needed funds for the Museum, so please come and support them.
