Friendly Faces for Year 7

Torquay Museum is excited to be hosting the first of our Friendly Faces events. These events will allow children moving from Year 6, into secondary Year 7, the opportunity to come along and join us at the museum for fun, games, and the chance to meet up with some friendly faces, before starting at their new schools the following week. (And will also give the grown-ups the chance to chat in the café!)
Torquay Academy - Wednesday 31st August (10.15am to 12.15pm)
Churston Ferrers Grammar School - Wednesday 31st August (13.15pm to 15.15pm)
Torquay Boys’ Grammar School - Thursday 1st September (10.15am to 12.15pm)
Torquay Girls’ Grammar School - Thursday 1st September (13.15pm to 15.15pm)
The Spires College - Friday 2nd September (10.15am to 12.15pm)
St Cuthbert Mayne School - Friday 2nd September (13.15pm to 15.15pm)
There is a £1 booking fee for all events, which is now redeemable in the Café. Barbara will be there with a warm welcome, cold drinks, and a delicious selection of homemade cakes, lunches, and hot drinks too.
All events and activities require a valid Museum ticket, which gives you unlimited entry to the Museum for a year!
